Phone Surveys adds a telephone workflow to your Examinare account. Confirm the destination countries, calling capacity, caller ID and usage charges for your campaign before ordering or scheduling calls.
Confirm the phone connection
Discuss your phone system and whether the questionnaire will use incoming or outgoing calls. The connection and caller ID need to be configured for the intended workflow.
Plan campaign capacity
Agree on the expected call volume and calling window during setup. Capacity depends on the configured phone service and provider limits; this page does not offer an unrestricted call-volume guarantee.
