Choose the survey mode carefully
A private invitation can be connected to a recipient. Anonymous survey modes and anonymous reports serve different purposes. Review the settings and report fields before telling respondents their answers are anonymous. Free-text answers can also identify a person.
Collect information for a defined purpose
Ask only for information the project needs and state how the responses will be used. Review the privacy policy and the data processing documents before collecting personal information.
