Survey Tool security and data handling
Review access controls, recipient privacy and the data processing requirements for your survey.

Control account access
Choose the people who need administrative access and review the settings available for your account. Confirm IP restrictions, hosting, backups and retention with Examinare for the intended configuration. This page does not claim a security certification or an unrestricted guarantee.
Choose the survey mode carefully
A private invitation can be connected to a recipient. Anonymous survey modes and anonymous reports serve different purposes. Review the settings and report fields before telling respondents their answers are anonymous. Free-text answers can also identify a person.
Collect information for a defined purpose
Ask only for information the project needs and state how the responses will be used. Review the privacy policy and the data processing documents before collecting personal information.
